missing bottom modul position on front page

if we will get the bottom position on the startpage the modulposition is dont visible.
in the other menus it works fine.

Frontpage has a special style with an image of an article covering the full space possible, so there is no place for bottom module position there. You can restore it by disabling frontpage designed look by deleting page class suffix "frontpage fixed-content" from template configuration.
