Is possible active Menu Scroll?

The menu work fine, but some user with laptops have problems to make a scroll in the menu with low resolution because the menu is long vertically... Is possible active the vertical scroll for menu in pc?

if You mean to have it visible from start, than it's a browser option. Please notice that even page scroller in FF is not visible before moving.

Maybe a problem with chrome?

I've just checked and my code is working same way in chrome, but I believe this browser has removed scrolls from within content. I've done some tests and could not force it to show with a very simple script. I think it's a chrome itself removing it.
