Unfortunately restrictions at my provider site do not allow to install the quickstart.zip according to standard procedure, which means I need to go through the manual process.

The installation guidelines indicate that the file creative.json can be downloaded from
http://www.gavick.com/documentation/wordpress/themes/wordpress-themes-configuration

BUT the is BROKEN.
Please fix
or advise an alternative link for download of creative.json
