Not Receiving Emails from Storebox Contact Form

Hello,

We are asking on behalf of our client whose website we look after.

We have created their website using your StoreBox theme. They are now having trouble with your Contact Form. It appears that they are not able to receive emails from their customers using the Contact Form to contact them.

After looking through the different options on the theme, there are very little options to customise the Contact Form to fix this problem. We're not very technical so any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Could you ask your hosting provider if php mail() function is enabled? You can also send me a private message with your website backend and FTP access, then I'll be able to check the issue.
