K2 Issue

Hello,

I'm setting up the item in the K2 component and every time I try to upload an image I get the error below:

The image was not uploaded. Please ensure that you used a valid image file and that file uploads are properly configured on your server.

Please help.

Hi

I think this question should be asked to K2 support, not us. I would check permissions on media folder. Maybe images cannot be uploaded there.

Thank you for your reply, I posted my question there but didn't get an answer. No one else using your templates which integrates K2 reported this?

Hi

It's not template related. Images are uploaded in joomla panel, so none of template files or code is used than. Have You checked if media folder permissions are set to 755?
