unpack .zip files fail

Hi I'm about to get started on the University Template and each time I try to unpack any of the zip files I get "gk_university_quickstart.zip.cpgz" If i double click this i get another zip file and so it continues. Can you please update your files and resupply them?

I've just downloaded "gk_university_quickstart.zip" package, double click it and can see the directory with quickstart files..Are you able to check another browser, computer etc?
