Disable comments

Disable comment doesnt work if i disable comments they are still visible

I have option i your sample post disable comments, i change to disable comments and save and comments are still visible

I try following article but i thing there is a bug in this template i disabled comment and it still shows

Did you disable comments (global option)? This option may be overridden for individual articles. Could you send me a PM with backend access to your website? And URL to mentioned article, then I'll be able to check the issue.
