Front End Editor

I'm having problems with figuring out the front end editor toolbar. It is super basic and I'd like the ability to use TinyMCE or Arc. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like. Any thoughts?

That would be a question to joomla developers. I'm afraid our templates does not overwrite this functionality so its used as it came with joomla.
