How to Update Template Version

Wondered if someone would give me some basic help here.
My Wordpress Theme (Storebox) has an update. I've added content and done some minor customizing under the theme customizing page.

Here's my question.

Since it is only the template version that I am updating, I should only download the gk_storebox.zip and install it?
Won't this delete all the customizations I did?

Unfortunately if you are not using Child theme, your modification will be lost. So you have to update your theme manually (each update includes changelog with the list of changed files). More informations may be found here:
