The world news II not showing properly on internet explorer

The world news II template is not showing all my modules on I.E 9.0.8 ...it shows up properly on firefox and chrome. The modules on the left-left show up in firefox and chrome....but donot show up in i.e 9.0.8 and internet explorer 8 instead they show up at the bottom.... in i.e the left left modules show up at the bottom and makes my website completely mis-aligned and messed up. And also my menu donot show up on internet explorer.
