Reduce font on article title

The title of the article is big and I wanted to reduce it down to like 12px bold. Where do change it? Please help. Template is News II, Version Joomla 2.5, latest firefox. Thanks.

Please add this class to override.css (remember to allow using this file in template configuration):

    font-size: 12px;
}


I added the codes you said to the override.css and the title still show big.
