VAT in Storefront template

We have recently imported 3,500 products into Virtuemart in the Storefront template. The VAT rule has been set but we need to assign it to all products (except maybe 10-15). Is there a way to assign a tax rule to all products? It will take a long time to individually set VAT to each product!
