Start Up: Menu Link titles

Hi,
i inserted some Metatags links title for the menu items (Main Menu -> Item -> Options -> Menulinks -> Set title Attribute for menulink), but in the frontend, it shows only the menu item`s title. Where did i go wrong?

Hmm, on my QucikStart (J2.5) it works.
Check if you have: Global Configuration -> Site -> Show Author Meta Tag [Yes]

Any News on that? I am working on the second site with the startup template now and facing the same issue: No link title tags are shown, only the title itself. From the SEO Point this is unsatisfying, cause you can put all the keywords in the the link title without being punished for spamming.

Any Idea besides the author?

Always check also Menu items, sometimes there are you can find "hidden" titles or descriptions.
In most cases GK developer adds for Home page some text, SEO purposes ;0) I guess.
