I am using the Meet Gavern template to create a small website.
I am trying to replace the Meet Gavern logo with a custom logo.
I thought I could make the logo change in the Template Manager.
However, none of the options are working.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Perhaps you are having some weird cache issues? Could you please post an url to your site?

Have you tried to replace this file:
templates/meet_gavern/images/logo.png
via ftp?

No.
I have not tried that method because I have never had to use FTP to replace the logo on a Joomla template from Gavick.
Also, this does not explain why I do not have access to any of the parameters within the Template manager.

In template settings you can chose type of the logo. It it is set to css, then you need to replace file defined in css. Only with image logo one uploaded in template will be used.
