change the name of the website

Hi, how can i Change the Name of my Website. In the Moment ther is written in the browser tab "TechNews - Magazine Joomla!..."

Hi

In menu item settings for Home menu element You need to replace the currect Page Heading value to Your site's name.

please write excactly the 'road' that we have to go to change this text. I am going on: main menu, then OPTIONS, and then i change the BROWSER PAGE TITLE but nothing!!! Still the old text is there... any help? i have technews 1.0.6 with joomla 3.7.5
