top info widget area - nothing appears

on this widget widget area nothing appears. I tried inserting text widget, search but no results.

How to use this widget area? Is there a bug? Used it on xampp as well as my website. no results

Hi,

Yes, it looks like a bug, I can't see this area in theme files and on "Widget Areas" page:

We'll fix it with the next theme update, thanks for your feedback.

It will be released after WordPress 4.6 update (August 16)
