Able to edit Contact Form on Contact Template?

I'd like to add a new field to the Contact form displayed the Contact Template. Am I able to do that from within the admin?

No, unfortunately it's not possible from backend options. If you are familar with PHP you can edit StoreFront/template.contact.php file or as an alternative you can use 3rd party plugin like Contact Form 7.
