Logo in H1 tag

I do not understand why the logo is in an h1 tag !
Can you tell me what is the file to change tag ?

Hi,
in template folder : gk_storefront\layouts\blocks\logo.php

Why? because developer build it in this way. No comments.

You need to edit:
templates/gk_storefront/layouts/blocks/logo.php
file.
