K2 - Pop up grey picture

Hi,

I upload a image voor a k2 item but if I click on the image it pop up a grey image and not the responsive image...
Whats wrong?
And is there a option to make the image qaulity 100%?

Hi

You can set the image quality in K2 parameters. Please explain one more time what is the issue with uploaded image. I cannot understand. Tell me the url to the problem.
