Installation success but a lot of errors!!

Hi!

I just installed joomla template, but when I open it I get a lot of errors.
Could you help me?

Hi

Looks like Your database does not support utf8mb4, please update it or edit file /inastallation/mysql/joomla.sql and change all "utf8mb4" to "utf8", save and install again.
