PayPal not showing up + invisible payment methods

Hello there,
I use the quickstart version of the storebox j3 template and everything seems to work fine except for the paypal payment method. I set it up and then it never shows up in the cart payment methods. I've tried to add an extra paypal plug-in but it didn't work eitehr. What's more curious is that, there are two extra payment methods on the backend that has no title , I can not access-delete-unpublish them but seem to be always connected to the paypal payment method as they always have the same list order. I've tried to change some piece of code based on an other prost about paypla from gtelegadis on april 16 2016, but no luck.
Is there anything I'm missing ?
