Hi
I think You may have a newer PHP version on Your server than the codding is prepared for. Keep errors disabled as a solution to that. Anyway joomla 2.5 has been stopped releasing long time ago. You really should update to the newest joomla to not only make it compatible with newest software but to secure it from hacking attempts.

Hi
You may try to leave the template as it is and update joomla. When errors will start to pop out replace template files mentioned in this errors form the J3 version.

Hi
Just delete this plugins (there will be couple more mentioned). New versions can be found in rest_files package of the template.
