Tooltipp is not showing stock information

Hi Gavick-Team,

module works absolutley fine, accept the tooltip. Only a "bordered" frame appears at the left side of the module, out of the browsers frame. It also seems that no information is shown. I mean I can not tell accectly because I can not see anything. Any suggestions?
