Newsletter Sign up box - edit this?

Where do you set the email etc for this module?
I don't see where sign ups would be stored either.

Please help.

I'm afraid it's just a dummy HTML code to fill in the place and show how elements are styled. You will need to replace it with a Newsletter module. I like using ACYMailing, but any module will do.
