sidebar over top1

Hi guys I have a little problem in my layout.
I don't know why but sidebar is over the top1 position and then the top1 doesn't take all the width (top1 width is equal to maintop).
There is not a way to maintain the sidebar down as as shown in the startup layout image?
Can you help me?
