Can not download or auto update to latest version

Ok I have tried everything:
I click update in the backend up wordpress and the update fails.
I click on the link to manually download startup 2.0 from wordpress and the zip file is corrupt
I went to the page and redowloaded the startup template and that is an old version
I went to the update blog and that wordpress update file is only 1.5

How do I update to 2.0?

Hi,

I'm sorry but the latest available version of Startup theme is version: 1.5.1, not 2.0, which version do you have now?

Where do i download 1.5?
