Reduce space between Header & Mainbody in Startup

Hello,

I am using the Gk4 image show to hold text over the background image.

I need the CSS override code to do the following please:

1. Reduce the space between the Header module position (holding the background image) and

2. The Mainbody module position (holding the main content) or the sidebar (holding content).

Attached is the screen capture showing the extra space.
