Page Title display in browser tab

Hi,
I want to amend the page title - the one that appears between the <title></title> tags and is displayed in the browser tab. It currently displays the page title, which is fine, but I'd like to append the site name.
I can see there's an option in the hooks.php file to do this, but no idea how.

Did you check Simplicity -> Template Options -> SEO tab? You can change these titles here.
