Internal Server error on shopping cart

Whenever I chose the “Cash on Delivery” option on my shopping cart, I get “Internal Server Error”

I am using Simplicity 1.9. I tried upgrading to the newest version of this template but had the same problem with that.

Hello,
Unfortunately this theme is not supported anymore, are you using the latest version of WooCommerce?
