Customization of Simplicity Theme

Hi, Thanks for the nice support from you.

I have issues on customizing the simplicity wordpress theme and a guide/lead on how to get it solved would be greatly appreciated. Issues outlined below:

1. On the Home page header, i want to change the form input type to "text" instead of "email" which would have the submit button link to a registration form page

2. How to i create 4 columns without making the fourth column being placed below the three column instead side by side.

3. I want to change the images in the How it Works Session. i saw <div class="gk-icon-area"><a class="gk-rocket" which appeared rocket instead i want to place my own images
