Hello!
I have purchased Shopandbuy quickstart J!3 and tried to install it but I am facing some difficulties.
I copied in the http file of my domain (http://www.debour.gr) the quick start files and tried to do the Joomla installation many times, but I was unable to complete it. In most of the times it stopped at one point of the installation. The last time I tried it showed an error in the database.
I created a database through the plesk of my hosting company. I don't know If I shouldn't have, that is if the quick start files build the database too.
I attach a picture of the error it produced me. I can also send in pm the configuration file and ftp settings.
Can you please help me?
Thank you in advance.

Sometimes the only way is use localhost install there then make a backup Akeeba and migrate into other server.
It takes more time but works in 99% cases
