Error sending a product inquiry

Hello!
Details:
Joomla 3.5.1
VirtueMart 3.0.16
Theme: Shop & Buy
URL website: http://glazuragniezno.pl/
Product Page: http://glazuragniezno.pl/cersanit-p%C5% ... 003-detail
When I Click on Product Page "product inquiry" and I fill the form and click Send then is show Error "0" Invalid Adres and do not sent the inquiry. Do not work on all Product Page.
Please help me.

Hi
Please switch template to Protostar which is a default joomla template and check if the same probalm happen than. This will help to determine if problem is in our template or in Virtuemart itself.

Hello!
I set up Template Protostar as a default joomla template
and then I checked and there is the same problem - error 0 Invalid adress
Please help me.

Hi
This test revealed that problem needs to be directed to Virtuemart, because it's not coming from our template. I would like to help, but I'm afraid I do not know Virtuemart code good enough in this case. VM support would be more suitable in this case.

I've seen in one of the threads on VM forum that a similar problem has been fixed recently. Please try update VM component.
