Social Position "NOT WORKING"

I published content to the "social position" and nothing is being displayed. It is published on all pages. I have done all I know to do, but it is not working. Please help.

I was able to use a top menu position to achieve what I was after. No worries!

you can always add a new module position (manually in code).
