If you didn't create any important content, you can simply reupload whole quickstart. If the content is there, just replace template folder with new one via ftp but new features will not show because they require the changes made in modules.

Hi,

there's a problem with updating the template to version 1.0.2: once updated, I go to Extensions > template manager > gk_quark and all the options (tabs) have disappeared. Only the general description of template is shown.

I have to go back to v. 1.0.1

Thanks for fixing it.

@enredandoweb - did you tried to refresh your browser cache after upgrade? Most probably browser used older version of the back-end script what caused your issue.

Or try using chrome incognito / firefox private mode which uses clean cache so you can be sure if that is the case before cleaning the cache.

Hi,

I delete chrome chache and: I tried to install 1.0.2 but it gave me an error.
I checked template manager and v 1.0.2 was actually installed, so for the moment everything works fine.
Don't know the error (it says "an error occurred" and nothing else).

Regards

Could you please increase or enable logging in joomla global configuration?

Sorry, I don't know if I understand what you say.
The log path is: public_html/(name of site)/logs
Is this?

No, its a Joomla configuration thing - you can enable error reporting there. Errors should display then on the page itself.
