Template has additional text appearing

Hi
GK_line (with a number) is appearing in the template in various tabs.
The site has now also issues with K2 items, I have had to take them offline. The K2 articles when clicked just load the preloaded, nothing else.

I have since uninstalled and reinstalled template with the latest version. The same problem appears, i upload another screenshot of the code.

rolled back to another mysql back up. So solved now.
