Missing Captcha

Hi

there is no catpcha on registration form.

Joomla 3.7.4, Quark 1.2.0.7, VM 3.2.2

any idea where can be a problem?

Is recaptcha plugin configurred correctly? Also is recaptcha set to public in it's configuration at google page ?

Hi,
I had the same problem with InStyle.

Check if the plugin is properly configured (plugins > Recaptcha)
If so, access your website by ftp and disable your com_virtuemart folder in the template html folder (/templates/TEMPLATE_NAME/html/com_virtuemart) - eg. add an extra letter to its name like 0com_virtuemart
Test again. If it appears, the problem is related with that override configuration.

Thanks for the explanation @ac_amil. Yes, that's what I would suggest. Other thing is to try and replace the folder /html/com_virtuemart with the one downloade from the latest version of the template. I know programmers made some changes to forms there.
