Publisher, initial installation!

Hi, I'm a new user even though I purchased the template in October of 2014.
The beginner and sorry for my english.

I have installed in my server Joomla 3.3.6. ITALIAN version.

By downloading the template files Publisher find these folders:
1. gk_publisher
2. gk_publisher_quickstart_J30

What should I do now? Which folder should I use for the initial installation?
I have to overwrite files and folders one by one?

Can you give me the information? I find a specific guide somewhere?
