Hey,
I can't upload/install my Publisher WP theme! It's most likely because of the internet I'm using (neighbor's WiFi).
Can Support install it for me?

Hi,
Generally installation service is available only for owners of our VIP support. What exactly do you mean that you can't upload/install the theme? Do you have any error/information message during installation/uploading?
