disable responsive

In some themes it's possible to disable the responsive version of the theme. Is that also possible for the theme PUBLISHER. If yes, how or where to find ?

Hello,
Unfortunately in our themes it's not possible, the only way is to remove links to the mobile/tablet files, but in this case some other modifications may be required.
