Author photo and information

We have installed the Publisher theme, but the author photo and information is not there.

Did we do something wrong?

Or is this feature lacking from your side?

Hello,

Did you add short biography, name, website etc. on your user profile page? (Users -> Your Profile section)

Author information appeared on the website after the addition short biography, name. How to display a photo of the author in the block?

Hi,

You have to add mentioned information (bio, name, website, avatar), then this author block will be visible. Could you send me a private message with your website backend access? Then I'll be able to check the issue.
