Unable to replace k2 user photo

Hello,
It is not possible to replace the author avatar by a new one. When I upload a new photo using Component/K2/Users the old photo remain, both backend in the k2 users menu and frontend as here http://www.lara-mazzarino.fr/index.php/component/k2/itemlist/user/287-laramazzarino. Do you think this is a K2 issue?

might be... who knows...
right now I see : media/k2/users/2.jpg (lady)
just replace image manually.
