Hi,
I do not know if the problem is known. In a few cases it may happen that the page is covered as in the picture. It is very rare, and unfortunately I do not know the configuration of the computer, I only have this picture.
What could be? Is there a solution? Unfortunately I have no access to the affected computer.

I don't think it has anything to do with our template. Maybe some 3rd party plugin? Maybe adblock or something?

Thanks for your answer.
I don't know if a 3rd party plugin or adblocker in use.
I had thought that the problem will lie with the computer but wanted to clarify whether not yet a template problem could be again.
