Hello, from where can I edit custom fields ( like Completion Date:, Size: Credits:) ?

Hi,
Please check your Photo/content-header.php file (it's recommended to use a child theme instead of editing parent theme - because of future updates).
As an alternative you can translate your theme - these field names are included in theme language file.
