it doesn't work - quickstart

Hi, I tried to install this template using the quickstart, but:

it doesn't install other languages
there isn't installation pugin enabled (it isn't!)
there isn't installed the joomla version in the administrator site
it doesn't install the "install from web" button

is it possible that are missing any files?

Hi,

How exactly did you install the quickstart package? Other languages may be installed later. Please try to use empty database and try again.
