Master Page name and location

Our media manager has asked that the following meta tag be added to the "Master Page", <meta property= “fb:admins” content=“nwcatholic.org />, in order for Facebook to render a News Feed story that generates a high click-through rate. Can you tell me which file to add this to and it's location? Thanks.
