After updating k2 front_end editing problems

Hello after I apply the newest k2 update to 2.7 version.
My news2 template is having problems in the front-end.
When creating a new k2 item all is fine, but when user edits a previously created item, the k2 editing window is not working fine,
no way to select publish/unpublish or no way to close the item,
the only way to go is to close the window,

Any idea?

If I change the template, the front editing works fine, but while using the news2 template with the latest k2 version front editing does not work fine when editing an existing article... when creating a new article there is no issue...

Any idea?

Please use older K2 version since an update to template will be released.
