Image issue on homepage

I use NSP plugin on my New2 template on homepage.
But no matter what I set (left or top), the news image always show on the bottom.

This option (left or top) works properly only if the image section is on the first place (you can drag & drop image, title, text, info block, read more sections from Artile layout tab)
