ajax script running and kills my forms?

Hi there, I have upgraded to the latest News2 V1.8 and I keep getting this popup on my homepage, screenshot attached.

I tried deactivated all plugins and still the issue persists. I am hoping you could spot something here as its caught me out now at this stage and I am not sure how to find what is wrong here.

I can share the site and login details in a PM if need be.
