K2 item editing interface looks broken

This is what I see when editing K2 item right after Quickstart Installation: http://joxi.ru/12MDJyDSMLRVDm
I tried to re-install it but still same problem exist.
How to fix this interface?

I confirm there is no K2 interface anymore.

I've just tried and and everything works for me (see screenshot).
