Fields of Forms stay empty

Hi. I use GK News 2 in combination with Event Booking. Users can register for Events and have to fill out a form. But I can't see anything when I fill out the form. Does anyone has an Idea, what I have to change?

I can't see the problem, I've filled out the form and I can see redirection to PayPal..
